'We Have Reached A Deal': West Virginia Teacher Strike Set To End With Pay Raise

The strike, which shuttered classrooms for more than a week, reached a resolution as Gov. Jim Justice, the union and lawmakers all agreed to a 5 percent salary bump for state employees. Justice is expected to sign the measure Tuesday.
