You're probably bending incorrectly

Back pain may be the result of bending over at the waist instead of the hips.

Exclusive: We examined the depth of a Russian politician's methodical effort to cultivate ties with the NRA.

Alexander Torshin, a prominent Kremlin-linked politician, has publicly documented his liaisons with the National Rifle Association. He says those connections led him to Donald Trump.

"I know D. Trump (through NRA). A decent person," Torshin tweeted in November 2015.

The revelations come as the U.S. government investigates Moscow's attempts to interfere in American politics.

Welcome to the country with the biggest crush on America

Kosovo is the land of Bill Clinton Boulevard, pets named Trump and a pantsuit boutique called Hillary. There are pop songs dedicated to the USA, including one with lyrics like "you are my best friend, you are the peacekeeper, you are the legend."

"We've been through a situation where our people were at risk of being exterminated, and it was the U.S. that stood by us," a member of Kosovo's parliament said.

"It's extremely important that no matter who the president of the United States is, that we keep that bond strong."

The lost art of bending over

Try this: Put your hands on your hips and imagine a $100 bill has just appeared in front of you. You go to pick it up. What is the first motion you made?

Most likely, you would move your head and look down, immediately putting stress on the spinal discs.

Bending your back in other countries, though, is all about the hips, and that may be the key to protecting your spine.

Spotify's hopes, problems and ambitions, all in an SEC filing ahead of going public

The company's F-1 form with the Securities and Exchange Commission provides the most complete picture of the music streaming giant's internal landscape, giving a detailed glimpse inside a business that has helped reshape the consumer's relationship to music in the digital world.

The document is also a sort of narrative confessional, in which the founders acknowledge foibles and problems that reporters had been uncovering and teasing apart for years.

"Feels great to have the cat out of the bag. Transparency breeds trust," Spotify co-founder and CEO Daniel Ek tweeted.
