WATCH: Senate Votes On Bill To End Government Shutdown

Senate Democrats say they will back a stopgap spending measure to fund the government through Feb. 8 and end the shutdown. The Senate will first take a procedural vote, then vote on final passage, which would send the legislation to the House.
