Senate Votes 81-18 To Pass Stopgap Spending Bill, Sending Measure To The House

After a procedural vote earlier this afternoon, senators sent a bill to fund the government through Feb. 8 to the lower chamber. The House and President Trump need to approve the measure in order to end the shutdown.
