| It's been one of those weeks where I have minimal desire to cook myself an elaborate meal that follows a 10-step recipe with specialty ingredients. I just want something healthy, delicious, and ready in less than 30 minutes. Today's recipe checks all those boxes — plus, it's low sugar and keto-friendly! Keep this dinner in mind whenever you need something quick and satisfying. | | | | See you next week! With just a few everyday ingredients (olive oil, rosemary, mustard) you can bake a delicious (and not dry!) chicken breast in 30 minutes. You could probably cut your total cooking time if you butterflied, flattened, and grilled the meat instead. | Prepping the broccoli is incredibly simple: You only need to blanch the florets in boiling water for about a minute before tossing everything with lemon (juice and zest) and oil. Well, technically the recipe suggests roasting them with the chicken for a bit, but I think they're fine without that additional step. I typically like to add some sort of starch — rice is my preference — to my plate, but the chicken and broccoli are satisfying enough together. | | | | Brush up | | | | | HOTEC Silicone Basting Brushes | I don't find myself basting that often, but when I do, I'm always thankful to have silicone brushes in my drawer. They're so much easier to clean than regular brushes, and you don't have to worry about them fraying. | | Every product we recommend has gone through either Healthline's or Optum Store's vetting processes.
