| | | How to speak the language of snot | 🌈 Snot guide. Wondering what the color of your boogers is trying to tell you? Check out the image below for the colors to look out for and what they all mean. | | 🦠 How to reduce nasal congestion. But these interventions may not work if your congestion is due to a sinus infection, the flu, or another illness.
😷 When to see your doctor. Mucus color isn't everything. Its texture, how you're feeling, and how long you've been experiencing symptoms are all important, too. Signs it's time to see your doctor include a fever, severe headache, light sensitivity, vomiting, and swelling, redness, or dark circles around your eyes. | | Thanks for reading! Before we part ways, check out this hopeful response from Lauren O. to last week's question, "What do you do to try to increase the length and quality of your life?"
I'm 74 years old and have multiple health issues. I read numerous medical-related articles trying to understand what's going on with me and why. There still is much to be resolved and I'm not about to give up now, because I envision myself one day doing my gardening just like the lady at the beginning of this article.
Have a wonderful weekend, and we'll see you again on Monday.
