Supreme Court Upholds Controversial Ohio Voter-Purge Law

By a 5-4 margin, the Supreme Court upheld the most aggressive voter-purge law in the country. Those who do not respond to mailings or who have not voted in two consecutive elections are kicked off the rolls.
