In Narrow Ruling, Supreme Court Decides In Favor Of Baker Over Same-Sex Couple

The Supreme Court ruled by a 7-2 vote that a Colorado baker did not get a fair hearing on his complaint because a state commission demonstrated a hostility to religion in its treatment of his case. (Fixes previous typo.)
