Quinoa banana bowl with almond butter drizzle
The base of this bowl is precooked quinoa and sliced bananas. What really elevates these two ingredients is the almond butter sauce. Nut butters are fantastic on their own, and this sauce takes it to the next level by blending almond butter with milk, vanilla extract, and dates. The result is a naturally sweet addition to an otherwise boring (I said what I said) snack. I would absolutely suggest making a big batch to have readily available!
