| | After a long day, I love to unwind by making a good meal, hopping on the couch, and watching something entertaining while I eat. I usually watch the same things over and over again, but I'm ready to expand my horizons and get hooked on something new. | Before I ask you to send me your suggestions, have you read these stories yet? | | | | Be well, Morgan Mandriota Newsletter Editor, Healthline | | | | |

| | | What should I watch next? | I've probably seen 15 movies throughout my entire life. If a friend wants to go to the theater or my partner wants to show me one of his favorite films, then count me in! But I'd usually rather watch a show or play a video game when I'm by myself. | Out of the movies I *have* seen (and enjoyed), I've watched each one at least five times –– "Donnie Darko" being my all-time favorite. No matter how many times I see it, I always pick up on something new the next time around! | Maybe to a fault, I'm the same way with TV. What can I say? I love my comfort shows. Some go-to series that I keep on repeat are "Broad City," "Atypical," "I Think You Should Leave," "Love on the Spectrum," and "Superstore." | Aside from that usual roster, I recently finished watching "American Conspiracy," "Saltburn," "Quiet on Set: The Dark Side of Kids TV," "The Trust," and the latest season of "Love Is Blind." And now, I'm looking for something else to keep me entertained. SOS! | Which movies or shows should I add to my watch list? I prefer documentaries and docuseries, reality shows, comedies, and psychological thrillers, but I'll gladly accept anything anyone is passionate about.
