Video games distract, amuse, and inspire. But can they heal? Researcher Sarah Shizuko Morimoto is convinced they can. As part of her mission to help people with cognitive disorders — especially those related to aging brains such as geriatric depression and mental decline — she came up with a game designed to exercise and possibly heal the brain.
