Trump, China Threaten New Tariffs; Dow Plunges 623 Points

President Trump's move came after China announced tariffs on $75 billion worth of autos and other American goods. U.S. stock markets fell sharply after Trump's earlier tweets lashing out against Beijing, saying American companies were "hereby ordered" to find "an alternative to China."
