It's been almost two years of living the pandemic life and it's showing — especially as we head into another pandemic winter. Many of us can't seem to shake the doomscrolling, worrying and lethargy. And sometimes the self care tips just don't work as much as we would like them to. So what's a person to do?
If you are chronically late, it might be time to, well ... be on time. Why? Because being late can send a stressful ripple through an entire day — both yours and someone else's. Also, it's a little (ahem) rude, no matter how apologetic you are when you get there. If you're up for a change, here are tips on being punctual.
