In celebration of its 10th anniversary, NPR Music has looked back over its first decade, year by year, with a list that highlights the moments that still stand out to those of us who make the site. Though we started NPR Music at a time when technology was rapidly changing how music was bought, sold, carried, listened to and understood, we’ve kept our eyes on what matters: the way a great song can link old friends and make new connections.
